Who?

Many individuals have played parts in the conversion of a small software company, Green Hills Software, Inc., into a large multinational firm with offices around the world.  Of course, Green Hills is only one of the companies owned by Dan O'Dowd, its President which today includes INTEGRITY Global Security and others purchased with the enormous profits generated through Dan's original strategy.   Dan's sense of ethics and concern for humanity makes him a natural affiliate with others here named. 

The order of appearance is roughly chronological.  Not all the individuals below were involved in the ongoing conspiracy.  Some where unwitting or themselves victims.  This is noted.  

Craig Franklin - Craig is a graduate of Stanford University.  For more on him see the website dedicated to following his life and unusual interests.

Craig organized the walk out which enabled Dan to acquire Green Hills as a small percentage of its worth from Glenn Hightower in 1998.

Dan O'Dowd - Founded Green Hills Software, Inc. with partners Carl Rosenberg and venture capitalist Glenn Hightower.  Hightower then owned three other successful companies. 

Dan named the buyout price as 47 million for the company, then valued at 350 million.  How he accomplished this speaks loudly about his world views.  BIO

David Chandler - Chandler started at Green Hills in sales and marketing and was one of the pivotal individuals who determined by threat of walkout that Glenn Hightower would not be able to exercise his option to buy out Dan O'Dowd in 1998. BIO

Jack Douglas - Jack is a man proud of his professional profile and also proud of his Scottish heritage.  Jack was working for Green Hills as a consultant during the period when Dan managed his magic buyout of the company.  BIO

Dave Kleidermacher - Dave was a young software engineer at the time of the change of management in 1998.  As one of the walkees he had a place at Green Hills which guaranteed him advancement and prosperity.  BIO

Alexander, 13th Duke of Manchester - Alex inherited his first title, Viscount Mandeville upon the death of his uncle, Sidney Arthur Robin George Drogo Montagu, 11th Duke of Manchester in June of 1985.  At the time Alex was facing 22 felony charges  from assault to fraud on which he was found guilty.  MORE
